Refund Policy
We want you to be certain before you commit. Here is exactly how refunds work.
Full refund window
If you are not satisfied within your first two paid classes, email us and we refund the full course fee, no questions asked.
After the refund window
Beyond two classes we issue pro-rata credit for unused classes, valid for twelve months across any course.
Batch transfers and pauses
You can switch batches or pause your course once per term at no cost, subject to seat availability.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within seven to ten working days.
Demo classes
Demo classes are always free, so no payment or refund is involved.
